Misprints/Damaged/Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Returned Shipments

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our vendor’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our vendor’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment

Incorrect Sizing

A size guide is provided on all items that are sized. We encourage customers to review it before finalizing any purchases. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the print-on-demand vendor that we use, we are unable to honor any exchange requests. If an incorrect size was sent from the production facility, we will cover the exchange at no cost to you.

Buyer’s Remorse

Every purchase you make from shopAnemoi helps us to fund our disaster relief work. In order to keep our pricing as low as possible yet still make room for a small margin of fundraising proceeds, we are unable to honor requests for returns due to customers changing their minds, accidental orders, duplicated orders, etc. Because shopAnemoi is an arm of our fundraising efforts, allowing for returns/refunds/exchanges that are not covered by our vendor (i.e. misprints/damaged/defective items) is not something we can do without cutting in to our fundraising dollars. We appreciate your understanding of the fact that our goal is not to make profits, but rather share the opportunity with the public to have an Anemoi-branded product and make a few dollars to use for our ongoing efforts.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Anemoi reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
